Why is it in Chinese sometimes?

The channel that are streamed are not hosted by us, so we will only bring you foreign coverage if there is none in english.

I clicked a link and I got 'Error 404'

Something has been deleted/renamed please report it and I will fix up a new link.

Go to Start, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, scroll down to the program, click Remove/Uninstall and Follow On Screen Instructions.

How do I Install Something?

Double click the file you downloaded, and keep clicking next until you can't then click finish.

How do I download Something?

Click the link, click save and save it to the desktop

Why is the sound out of sync?

because it is recieved at a different rate to the video so sadly becomes slightly out of sync
